Velvet Rose for quality china, beautiful linen, traditional cutlery and a friendly service.

At Velvet Rose China, we offer a bespoke service using personally sourced vintage china. We treat every event with the care and attention to detail that we would if it was our own. All our pieces of china and vintage table linen have been handpicked for their quality and authenticity.

If your date has been finalised at the time of our initial discussion, we will hold that date under option to you for seven days to give you time to think it over.

If you choose us for your special event, we ask for a deposit of just £30 which secures your date and is also your breakage deposit. So the amount to pay a week before your wedding will be the actual hire cost.

As soon as we have collected the items, we will refund the £30-00, less any casualties - charged at just 3X the hire cost.

Payments can be made via: paypal, bank transfer, personal cheque or cash.

As soon as you have decided on guest numbers and items required we ask that you let us know.

To ensure your event is stress-free, the setting up, washing up and laundering are included in the hire price. Our service includes free delivery and collection within 30 miles; beyond that we ask for petrol at cost only.

Unforeseen changes: We appreciate that, sometimes, plans have to change. If you need to alter your date, we will hold your deposit for up to 12 months against a new date, at the same price.

Cancellation refunds (sad subject, but sometimes these things do happen)

6 months or more - all your deposit refunded.
3 months to 6 months - 50% of your deposit refunded.
1 to 3 months - 25% of your deposit refunded.
Under 1 month - sorry but no refund possible.
